In late 2019 during the 2020 Democrat Primary debates, Former California Attorney General Kamala Harris, in very clear and descriptive words, accused her opponent, Former Vice-President Joe Biden, of being a RACIST, and a SEX PREDATOR. Or in the new WOKE WORLD WORDS, "I BELIEVE THE ACCUSERS". One thing is certain, Kamala Harris does have documented long term experience with Democrat Sex Predators, AND THE COVER UP OF THEIR CRIMES.
Kamala Harris was basing her Biden accusations upon her years of legal experience prosecuting, or more accurately NOT Prosecuting Democrat Sex Predators. Biden also has numerous documented racist statements and actions. Not to mention Biden's long term documented affiliations with the Democrat Party of Slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, and multiple women accusing him of Sexual Assault over the years.
Accusers like the March 2020 allegations of Biden's former aid Tara Reade, just months before the debates. Kamala Harris wanted the whole world to clearly understand just how disgusted, and personally offended she was, with the life, sexual misconduct, and racist actions of her opponent Joe Biden, AND THAT SHE BELIEVED TARA READE.
Harris believed, because it fit her financial and political needs at that point in time, just as it did on numerous previous occasions. A well know practice of Kamala Harris, also known as Political Flip Flops, AND CONSPIRACY TO OBSTUCTION OF JUSTICE.
Eight months later, Kamala Harris flipped 180 degrees, and QUICKLY CRAWLED INTO BED, with that same Racist Sex Predator Joe Biden, that she had just accused on National Television. Biden now had something Harris wanted, and Harris could not get it without him. A seat on Biden's National Ticket, as Biden's Vice Presidential running mate. So Harris dumped Biden's sexual assault victims in a ditch, just has she had done to other victims, on multiple occasions in the past.
Many Reporters, and citizen observers were excited, or appalled. Some began questioning Biden's choice, and Harris's long history of Public Corruption, low morals, and documented disregard for all legal and ethical standards.
Any Harris accuser, or doubter, was immediately attacked as a RACIST and MYSOGYNYIST, by the same Major News Media groups, that had been Criminally Conspiring with Kamala Harris and other Democrats to Obstruct Justice, and falsify Elections for decades, as previously reported by GTI News. A SERIES of criminal cover ups, that were always about the flow of money between Democrats Election Campaign finances, Unions, and the News Media Advertising Departments.
THE REAL KAMALA HARRIS CO-CONSPIRATOR
This reporter was not surprised when Harris flip flopped. Ten years of investigating Kamala Harris and her conduct has clearly demonstrated that SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY MORAL, LEGAL, OR ETHICAL STANDARDS. She is a ?Black? Democrat Woman, in the party of Slavery, that will do anything, say anything, Conspire to Obstruct Justice in anything, to advance her personal Political Career, and personal finances.
Just as she did, in the beginning, when she became the Mistress, of married California Democrat Political Power House Willie Brown. Brown was twice Harris's age, however, like Biden, Brown had something Harris wanted. A leg up, literally, on his political power and influence, more money, and she got it. Brown reportedly appointed Harris to two well paid commission post, on the California Medical Assistance Commission, and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
Brown was reportedly under FBI investigation as Mayor, and Assembly Speaker, with allegations of Conflict Of Interest. When Brown was questioned about the allegations of conflict of interest, and the Harris appointments, Brown openly talked about helping advance Harris's career. Brown justified the Harris assistance by also stating he helped advance the careers of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, and others. However, there is no evidence that Brown was sleeping with Pelosi, Feinstein, or Gavin Newsom while appointing them to high paid commission jobs.
This reporter has a very long, and well documented history on Kamala Harris's Public Corruption Crimes as Attorney General. A history that includes conspiracy to Obstruct Justice with multiple Sex Predators, Obstruction of Justice at the drop of a hat for political advantage, aggressively destroying the Criminal and Civil Rights of large numbers of women sexual assault victims on multiple occasions. Not to mention covering up the intentional imprisonment of innocent people to protect Democrat and Union Public Corruption, and Election Fraud crimes in all directions of the compass to protect her campaign finance money. Documents from the State FPPC, verifying a First Responder Election Fraud Conspiracy and it's cover up, copies of obstructed criminal complaints filed with Police Departments, The San Diego DA's Office, the FBI, and Harris's CAG Offices. Confidential DA memos, and Court documents describing in detail high level felony criminal conspiracies in those same agencies.
List of victims of Public Corruption Crimes, including dozens of women Sexual Assault Crime victims in California. Many contacts were recorded on digital audio to verify submission, because Harris's CAG Office made it clear, they did not want to hear about Public Corruption Crimes. Especially Election Frauds financially and Politically connected to Kamala Harris and her campaigns.

Joe Biden is not the first Democrat Sex Predator that Kamala Harris has conspired with, TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, to protect, and to advance her Political and Financial Agendas. One of Harris's more memorable, and extensively reported quotes is:
"I KNOW A PREDATOR WHEN I SEE ONE", WHICH IS DEFINATELY A TRUE STATEMENT.
Harris did not hesitate to accuse Donald Trump of being a sex predator, simply because it fit her political agenda. However, the only person that we have hard physical evidence, and a ten year documented track record of criminally conspiring with Democrat Sex Predators, to obstruct justice, to advanced her political and financial agenda's is Kamala Harris. As repeatedly reported by this Reporter.
Shortly after Harris's election to the CAG, GTI News Investigations in 2011-12, exposed the San Diego District Attorney Criminal Conspiracy to cover up the decade long Sex Predator crimes of senior DDA Ernest Marugg. A Sex Predator Senior Fraud Prosecutor that had been allowed to run free in the DA's Office for years, using his Prosecutor position to extort sex from the women he was prosecuting.
Numerous Criminal Complaints about his corruption were simply ignored and suppressed in the San Diego DA's Office. Just as they were in the DOJ/FBI Offices, and Harris's CAG Offices. When the corruption went public, and this Reporter began to request interviews on the corruption, everybody went silent.
The DA Cover Up Conspiracy had worked for years, until a Civil Law Suit from one of the victims, forced the opening of a criminal investigation of DDA Marugg. As the DA's felony criminal exposure became too public, with too many victims to cover up, the DA's Office civil liability was exploding. Liability that could adversely impact the flow of Union money into Democrat Election Campaigns. As the investigation identified more and more victims, the DA criminal conspiracy expanded, and shifted back to cover up, and Obstruction of Justice to protect other ongoing Public Corruption Cover Up Conspiracies.
The Cynthia Sommer $20 Million Dollar Lawsuit, with criminal allegations against the DA's Office, DA Bonnie Dumanis, and others was active and expanding in the middle of the Marugg Sex Predator Conspiracy. Wide spread evidence tampering involving multiple Prosecutors, and the Oceanside Police Department was also hitting the news. The last thing the DA's Office wanted exposed was another major Evidence Tampering, and Obstruction of Justice Case with female victims, involving a Sex Predator Senior Deputy District Attorney.
So the DA's Office, and DA Dumanis, activated a substantially expanded Criminal Conspiracy with multiple Agencies, inclucing the FBI, to suppress, and buried an active criminal investigation on DDA Marugg. A criminal investigation that had thirty six (36) documented women victims/witnesses ready to testify. A Felony Criminal Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice, that received the full support of Kamala Harris's CAG Offices, driven by MONEY. All to protect tens of millions of dollars in DA funding from victim lawsuits, that would have dramatic effects on pay and benefits of DA prosecutors.
The Mayor Bob Filner Sex Predator story with reportedly more than 30 women victims, has so much criminal Public Union corruption it requires a totally separate article, due to the wide range of crimes and involvement of local, and federal law endorcement, and private union involvement.

THE DA CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY WAS DETAILED IN WRITTEN PUBLIC RECORD DOCUMENTS. It was planned, and executed to protect Sex Predator Prosecutor Ernest Marugg from arrest and prosecution, in exchange for a very quick, and very quiet resignation. A resignation, like many before it, designed and executed to obstruct criminal prosecutions, and civil litigations, that would adversely impact DA Prosecutor's Union Financing, and their pay and benefits, for decades to come.
Not to mention exposing other ongoing, lucrative DA Union criminal operations, operated under Marugg's supervision. Like the long term DA Insurance Fraud Bribery Slush Fund, operating through Marugg's Insurance Fraud Division, and other DA Offices State wide. Hundreds of millions of dollars in cash bribes to cover up the theft of Citizen Insurance Benefits by INSURANCE COMPANIES. Cash bribes directly connected to the sexual assaul of multiple women vicitms.
A FELONY Criminal Conspiracy To Obstruct Justice (IN WRITING) that assured Marugg, that he would be protected from future criminal investigations, and State Bar Investigations, so he could KEEP HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN OTHER STATES. Just another Democrat Party of Slavery Criminal Quid Pro Quo. All Marugg had to do was KEEP QUIET.
A DA CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT that also exposed a multi-agency criminal conspiracy, that involved the full criminal participation of the San Diego DDA Association, the Peace Officer's Research Association, DDA Marugg's Attorney, and the California State Bar. All with large financial, and political motives to protect Marugg, and cover up Marugg's Sexual Assaults on dozens of women victims. As previously reported by GTI News.
A Public Agency Organized Crime Operation, lead by the San Diego District Attorneys Office, that had Thirty Six (36) documented Sexual Assault Victims, and Witnesses ready to testify, against Senior DDA Ernest Marugg, when the DA investigation was suddenly, and quietly shut down, and buried. Buried in the same grave as the criminal and civil rights of the 36 women victims/witnesses. All verified in written Confidential DA Documents obtained by this reporter.
All of which was repeatedly reported to the California Attorney Generals Office under Kamala Harris, with documentation, by this reporter. The CAG San Diego Office was used for face to face contacts, and the Sacramento Public Inquiry Unit, and it's Supervisor Nick Pachilio for phone, e-mail, and UPS Document shipments. All of which Pachilio, during multiple phone conversations, verified that documentation was received, and forwarded to Kamala Harris, with this reporters request for interviews.
Request for interviews with Kamala Harris, or any senior representative from the CAG Office were simply ignored. Interviews regarding the extensive Public Corruption Cover Up of San Diego DA crimes, directly linked to the Supervising CAG Attorney Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary Schons in the San Diego CAG Office. Schons received, and buried all public record evidence sent to his attention. Including documentation on the Sex Predator DDA Ernest Marugg cover up conspiracy.
Following exposure by GTI News, Schons very quickly and quietly resigned from the CAG Office. Within weeks, SAAG Schons was working at the San Diego DA's Office, as a senior advisor to DA Bonnie Dumanis. The same DA Office, and the same DA, being protected from criminal complaints and investigations, by the CAG Office under Gary Schons, and Kamala Harris.
DA MILLION DOLLAR PAY OFF FOR SILENCE
Only one (1) of the thirty six (36) Marugg sexual assault victims/witnesses described in the confidential District Attorney memo has ever been heard from since. Victim Tamara McAnally was the only victim with sufficient financial resources to file a suit against the San Diego DA's Office. The law suit that forced the DA's Office to open the criminal investigation of DDA Marugg, after 10 years of DA's reportedly conspiring to suppress complaints from victims, against DDA Marugg. The DA's Office quickly settled the suit for $1,400,000.00 Tax Payer Dollars, with secrecy agreements, to put a Head Stone on the graves of the other 35 women victim/witnesses.
Kamala Harris's CAG Offices continued to actively suppress all complaints and investigations of the San Diego DA's Office.
